House 4/4 (Spacious), Cond. Gated community with swimming pool, 150m²

The house is a Village with two floors (duplex) and is 150m². The house has 4 very spacious bedrooms, ALL bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning, 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, 2 normal bedrooms, a social bathroom, living room, dining room, equipped kitchen, service area. Guests will have at their disposal all household appliances (4 TVs, 2 Cable TV Points, Wi-Fi, Fan, Hanger) and kitchen utensils (stove, pantry table, refrigerator, glasses, plates, cutlery, trays, pots) The space THE CONDOMINIUM Family condominium with polite and friendly neighbors, has a swimming pool and leisure area. Only allowed 2 (two) cars per residential unit. Since the first vacancy is fixed of the residence, the second vacancy must be placed in the rotating vacancies (shared with the other residents) that depend on availability for its use. Out of the condominium have additional vacancies. On Mondays, the pool undergoes maintenance. The janitor comes by to collect the trash from the house every day (except Sunday, collecting on Monday at 9 a.m.) in the afternoon. The only task of the user is to put the garbage bags in the bucket that is at the bottom of the house. Under no circumstances does the caretaker enter the residence to collect the garbage. Automated Gate, camera system, electric fence, security by video monitoring. OTHER NOTES The electricity bill in the rental period will be the responsibility of the guests. The measurement will be made at check in and at check out and payment at the time of check out. The electric energy consumed is charged, R$1.00 real per kw. Water and gas accounts are included in the daily rates. No entry for people who are not part of the reservation, no entry for visitors. ATTENTION: The house serves 08 people comfortably. To be agreed, it can accommodate 9 people. Minimum Rental Period 4 nights We have four double beds and one single bed. Kindly let us know in advance to check availability and prices. Holidays and high season values change. New Year and Carnival upon request, as in this period we rent for at least 05 nights. Other things to note 1 - Carnival, Semana Santa, São João, Natal, Reveillon and other holidays the prices are differentiated, please consult to check price and availability. 2- The electricity bill in the rental period will be the responsibility of the guests. We charge a fee of R$1.00 per KW, according to the dealer's rate (COELBA). 3 - Water and gas bills are included in the daily rates. 4 - To enter the condominium, all persons will be registered in the condominium app for admittance at the entrance. 5 - We do not rent for events. 6 - Use of sound in accordance with municipal legislation. 7 - Only people previously registered in the contract may stay in the house, and visits will not be allowed during the rental period. 8 - Only 2 (two) cars are allowed per residential unit.
