House 4/4 (Spacious), Cond. Gated community with swimming pool, 150m²

The house is a Village with two floors (duplex) and is 150m². The house has 4 very spacious bedrooms, ALL bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning, 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, 2 normal bedrooms, a social bathroom, living room, dining room, equipped kitchen, service area. Guests will have at their disposal all household appliances (4 TVs, 2 Cable TV Points, Wi-Fi, Fan, Hanger) and kitchen utensils (stove, pantry table, refrigerator, glasses, plates, cutlery, trays, pots) The space THE CONDOMINIUM Family condominium with polite and friendly neighbors, has a swimming pool and leisure area. Only 2 (two) cars are allowed per residential unit. Since the first space is fixed to the residence, the second space must be placed in the rotating spaces (shared with the other residents) that depend on availability for its use. Outside the condominium, there are additional parking spaces. On Mondays, the pool undergoes maintenance. The caretaker comes by to collect the garbage from the house every day (except Sunday, collecting on Monday at 9 a.m.) in the afternoon. The user's only task is to put the trash bags in the bucket at the back of the house. Under no circumstances does the caretaker enter the residence to collect the garbage. Automated gate, camera system, electric fence, property security by video monitoring. OTHER NOTES Guests will be responsible for the electricity bill during the rental period. The measurement will be made at check-in and check-out, and payment will be made at check-out. The electric energy consumed is charged, R$ 1.00 real per kw. Water and gas bills are included in the daily rates. A new set of towels and bed linen will be made available every 8 days of stays at no cost to the Guest. No people who are not part of the reservation are allowed in, no visitors are allowed in. CAUTION: The house comfortably accommodates 8 people. It can accommodate 9 people. Minimum Rental Period 4 nights We have four full beds and one twin bed. Please let us know in advance to check availability and prices. Prices change during holidays and high season. New Year's and Carnival upon request, as during this period we rent for a minimum of 5 nights. Other things to note 1 - Carnival, Holy Week, St. John's Day, Christmas, New Year's Eve and other holidays, prices are differentiated, please consult to check price and availability. 2- Guests are responsible for the electricity bill during the rental period. A fee of R$ 1.00 per KW is charged, according to the concessionaire's rate (COELBA). 3 - Water and gas bills are included in the daily rates. 4 - A new set of towels and bed linen will be made available every 8 days of the stay at no cost to the Guest. 5 - To enter the condominium, all people will be registered in the condominium app for release at the entrance. 6 - We do not rent for events. 7 - Use of sound is in accordance with municipal legislation. 8 - Only people previously registered in the contract can stay in the house, and visits will not be allowed during the rental period. 9 - Only 2 (two) cars are allowed per residential unit.
