The house overlooking the pine forest and with direct access to the golf course can accommodate up to 8 guests. It is located in the Domaine du Golf residence which has many amenities: swimming pool, children's playground, city stadium, beach volleyball court, petanque court, table tennis table. We will be happy to host you in our house, where we hope you will have a pleasant family stay. The space House renovated in 2025, 3 bedrooms, 52 m2, capacity for 6 people for optimal comfort. A sofa bed is available and can accommodate two extra people in an exceptional way. Main Floor: • Entrance • Shower room with shower, WC, washing machine • Living room with sofa bed, TV and connected radio speaker • Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, ...) The living room opens onto a private terrace overlooking the pine forest and equipped with a table, chairs, umbrella, sunbeds and electric plancha. Floor: • A bedroom with a 160 cm bed open to a balcony / Closet + Dresser + TV • One bedroom with 2 single beds that can be pushed together to form a 160 bed/ Closet • A cabin bedroom with 2 bunk beds • Bathroom • Separate toilet. Sheets are provided. The house is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. In the residence: • Heated pool of 400 m² open from early May to late September + paddling pool + sunbeds and umbrellas • City stadium • Beach volleyball court • Petanque court • Children's playground • Ping pong tables • Snacking, bread depot, and pastries • Laundry (washing machine and dryer) • Bike rental at the entrance of the residence • CCTV camera • EV charging stations The residence has free parking and a night watchman is present during the summer period. The residence is located on the edge of the Golf de l 'Ardilouse and 10 min by bike from ocean beaches and shops. Guest access Bracelets are required to access the pool. Other things to note Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday depending on availability. We prefer fortnightly rentals during the summer. Thank you for leaving the house as clean as when you arrived. The fridge, dishwasher and trash must be emptied, the microwave, coffee makers and stove cleaned. We will carry out a thorough cleaning between each tenant.
