Welcome home! Treat yourself to a charming break in this typical Norman cottage, open to guests for a few weeks during the summer. We accommodate up to 8 guests: 3 bedrooms (including a master suite), 2 bathrooms, 2 powder rooms, a fitness room with sauna, and a mezzanine with a sofa bed. Located on a 1-hectare estate, the thatched cottage has a 7000 m2 private park. 2 min from the village. 20 min from Deauville, 10 min from Lisieux, 1 hour from the D-Day landing beaches, 1 hour 40 min from Paris. On the ground floor: - A first bedroom equipped with a 180 cm bed, electric. - Separate bathroom and toilet. - Fitness room equipped with an elliptical trainer and a sauna. - Large living room with its cathedral fireplace (not usable). - Fully equipped kitchen: washing machine, dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine. On the first floor: - A bedroom equipped with a 140 bed with a sink area. - A master suite with its queen bed including a bathroom and a toilet. - A game room equipped with a foosball table (Bonzini) and a double sofa bed. Outside: - A 1 hectare wooded park. - A terrace with garden furniture and sunbathing in teak wood, a parasol. - A barbecue available (charcoal to be provided). - Leisure amenities: bicycles, ping pong table, swing, zen water feature. Note that the estate also has a small independent cottage that has its own garden and parking; a hedge separates the two areas. The main house has its own large private 7,000 m² property. Guest access You have access to the whole house. Other things to note - Linens provided and beds ready upon arrival. - Dogs are welcome if they are well behaved, with an additional charge of €50.
