The space Beautiful 17th century property completely renovated, located in the heart of a haven of greenery 1h30 from Paris and 15 minutes from the center of Chartres and its cathedral, a golf course and equestrian center 20 minutes away. Nearly 400 m² of floor space. 5 bedrooms including two master suites for a total of 14 beds, 3 bathrooms and 4 toilets. Wifi for teleworking. Terrace, including a wooden one with its jacuzzi spa for 6 to 7 people, overlooking a large enclosed garden safe for children with views of the Château de Levesville. Piano, foosball and games available + wooden treehouse. Absolute calm: no neighbors, no noise. Prices include housekeeping, heating, electricity, water, welcome wood for a nice fire in the fireplace, sheets and towels as well as shower gels and shampoos. The booking is for a minimum of two nights. Check-in: from 3 p.m. - Check-out: before 11 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out are available options at an additional cost. Check-in is autonomous: property access codes will be sent to you a few days before the check-in date. ✘ Parties are not allowed. Exclusive ✘ use of the house for guests who are booked. ✘ No Smoking in the house. ✘ The house must be returned tidy, dishes done and tidy, bed linen (duvet cover/fitted sheets/pillowcase) removed from the beds and roughly folded, towels in a pile in the bathroom. In the event that the house is left in poor condition, a minimum cleaning fee of €150 will be charged. Ground floor: - Large entrance/boudoir with exposed stones and stove. - A huge living room with large bay windows on three facades and a fireplace. - A second living room/library/office that can serve as a bedroom with a very comfortable sofa bed with a piano and foosball. - A kitchen equipped with Falcon piano, two ovens, dishwasher and American fridge with filtered water dispenser. - A laundry room with Samsung washing machine and dryer of large capacity + a second dishwasher. - Guest toilet. Upstairs: - A mezzanine, 5 bedrooms including 2 master suites - 3 bathrooms (2 bathtubs, 2 showers and 3 toilets) with large walk-in shower and bathtub. - Baby bed in place in the 'children's' room Outdoor: - Garden of 2,570 m² - Large wooden terrace with Sundance spa for 6/7 people and paved terrace + fixed concrete barbecue for more than 8 people - For children: treehouse, all in a fenced garden - Possibility to park 4 vehicles minimum. Guest access Self check-in: once your booking is complete and the formalities are validated, access codes to the house will be sent to you. The property is about 1h30 from Paris and 15 min drive from Chartres train station (with direct train from Montparnasse). Other things to note It is quite possible, upon request, to benefit from an early check-in or late check-out, for an additional fee. Likewise, during the winter period (from November to March), you get 10 logs of firewood as a welcome gift, but if you want to use the fireplace more, you can get a log package for an extra €35/weekend. This house is in a 'protected' place, close to nature. Also no noise disturbance is allowed outside. Parties are strictly forbidden under penalty of prosecution. The house has a sound level meter. Additionally, the house can accommodate a MAXIMUM of 14 people. Finally, a stay contract will be submitted to you by email for signature before your arrival and we will ask you to provide a certificate of insurance.
