The house also offers an area with a free washing machine. The space CASA GIL is part of a set of villas built in 1937. These villas were renovated taking advantage of the structural and original design of the stone façade, and as a result of the aforementioned renovation, three beautiful independent villas were created: "CASA GIL", "CASA LIMA" and "CASA DO RIO". These villas are equipped with all amenities, in addition to the stone façade, they have carpentry with thermal break, heating with an aerothermal system, bathrooms with showers and fully equipped kitchens in each of the houses. Integrated in a shared-use lot of about 800 m2, you will find a parking area, a 7.5 x 3.5 m swimming pool with retractable cover and shared use exclusively for the guests of the houses, a double and covered barbecue, garden space with natural grass and trees, all with beautiful views of the mountains. CASA GIL is located in a very quiet area, in the parish of Taião de Cima, which belongs to the municipality of Valença. The land and the house are in an elevated area, where in addition to being able to appreciate the splendor of the mountains, you can enjoy some good walks along the trails and roads that are around. CASA GIL is just minutes from downtown, Valença approx. 12 minutes, 35 minutes from Vigo, 55 minutes from Porto and 45 minutes from Viana do Castelo. Guest access The entire house is for your exclusive use, except for the exterior, which you will share with the tenants of the other two houses, the parking areas, barbecue, garden and swimming pool. Other things to note Our accommodation allows pets, in this sense, we ask that you have great care and respect for the other families that may be in the other houses, in addition to this, you should also be careful with the lawn and ornamental elements, collecting the feces that they may cause at all times. For reasons of safety and well-being of the persons on the property, the house has an established limit of persons, for this reason it is totally forbidden to increase said capacity and will be as follows; “HOUSE GIL” = 8 PEOPLE, if you exceed this capacity, you will have to pay an additional price of €10.00 for each unauthorized person and may also be expelled from home.
