★☆ WELCOME TO OUR COASTAL GETAWAY! ☆★ This updated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is the perfect getaway for families, friends, or even coworkers seeking a piece for a coastal paradise. This home features a refreshing pool and expansive yard. There is ample space to soak in the sun or play some friendly competition with board games or yard games. Book now and make unforgettable memories at our home near the beach. The space The house comfortably sleeps 7 people. There are 3 comfortable bedrooms within the home. Each room features a closet. The bedrooms have very comfortable beds and linen for a peaceful night where you can unwind and truly make yourself at home. The master bedroom has its own TV and en-suite shower. The outdoor area offers fun and relation whether you are taking a dip in the pool or lounging in one of the multiple patio areas. There is corn hole and giant jenga for the group to enjoy. The kitchen is equipped with all major appliances including refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and stove. Also included for your use are a keurig coffee machine with pods, toaster, blender, and mixer. The cabinets and drawers are filled with essentials including dishes, bowls, silverware, glasses, pots, pans,and cooking utensils. Unwind in the living area of this retreat with a relaxing movie or board games. This home has many activities for the whole group. The house is stocked with an abundance of towels, pool towels and toiletries. Mission Viejo is an active city in the center of Orange County. The city offers a variety of attractions. GENERAL INFORMATION Self check-in with keypad. ** Parking Information ** There is parking in the driveway and street - 2 cars in the driveway. Read the street signs for street parking. ** Security cameras on property ** 1 ring doorbell camera, 1 camera facing the driveway in the front of the house, 1 camera facing the side entrance, 1 camera facing the backyard. Please note all cameras will be recording during reservations. HOUSE AND COMMUNITY RULES This house is in an HOA and subject to HOA and city rules and regulations. NO NOISE is allowed between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM out of respect for our neighbors. Absolutely NO amplified music is allowed at any time. Trash and refuse shall NOT be stored within public view. NO SMOKING OR VAPING is permitted anywhere in or on the property. NO PARTIES or events are allowed. Furniture must remain in place and should not be moved. NO glitter, confetti, silly string, or other messy decorations allowed in the house or anywhere on the premises. Absolutely NO additional guests other than what is listed in reservation details unless owner gives prior approval. Owner will cancel without refund. Bringing more than 7 guests will result in cancellation without refund or reservation. Additional persons $50/per person for the entire duration of the stay. Guests will be responsible for covering any extra cleaning fees, damages, or citations incurred due to failure to comply with the Rules. Failure to adhere to these Rules may also lead to expulsion from the premises without any refund. ** Pet Rules ** Pets are allowed. Max of 2 pets per stay. Pet fee $150 per pet. Pets are not allowed in the pool or on the furniture. Guests must clean up after their pet(s). ** Pool Rules ** Use of the pool is at your own risk. No tampering with pool equipment. No diving! No glass permitted on the patio! Pool heating: $50 per night for the entire duration of your stay ** Check-in Time is 3:00 PM ** ** Check Out time is 11:00 AM ** Please follow check-out instructions posted in the kitchen: Take all trash out to the correct bins and separate them as regular trash or recyclables. Do not move trash receptacles to the street. Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it. Start a load of white towels in the washing machine with half a cup of detergent.
