The decor is tasteful and many children’s games are available. Other things to note This single-story detached house sits on a fenced 700 m² plot with a gravel courtyard. It features an entrance, a living-dining-kitchen area opening onto a tiled terrace and the garden, three bedrooms (two single beds 90x200 cm, one double bed 160x200 cm), including one bedroom with private bathroom (double bed 160x200 cm, walk-in shower, and WC), a bathroom with bathtub, a separate WC, and a workshop/laundry room with washing machine and bike repair area. An electric car charging station is available in the courtyard. The outdoor pool of La Rochette is 600 m away, and water play areas are accessible in Détrier (1.7 km) in summer. An indoor pool is in Pontcharra (9.7 km). Family parties (birthdays, etc.) are not allowed.
