Built in 1880, capturing old camp charm with modern amenities; the perfect home base to explore day trips to Acadia Bar Harbor, Camden/Rockland, Boothbay, Portland, Golf Samoset or Belgrade Lakes. The Lost Kitchen & Maine Cabin Masters very close by! Fishing & access to public boat launch. The space THE PROPERTY HAS 4 BUILDINGS: 1. MAIN CAMP 2. GUEST HOUSE 3. GARAGE 4. TOOL SHED 1. MAIN CAMP: - Master Bedroom (king bed), -Lakefront Bedroom (Queen bed) AC with an "en suite" cozy sun porch with pocket door for privacy) -Upstairs Bedroom (2 single beds) AC -Extra Large Living Room (propane fire stove, desk area, ceiling fans, 2 couches, love seat, large HDTV) -Kitchen: has a wood burning stove, counter bar & stools that open to a dining room that seats 10. and a screened in porch off the kitchen with ample seating to relax and entertain before dinner. -One Full Bath: clawfoot tub, separate shower. 2. GUEST HOUSE: affectionately called "the boat house" has a glassed in porch with chairs; studio with queen sofa bed, 4 bunk beds, small kitchenette, mini-fridge, small bathroom and shower, outdoor shower. 3. GARAGE: has extra full size refrigerator/freezer, dryer, clothes line, bikes, corn hole, croquet, lawn games, free weights, yoga mats, sports balls/Frisbee's, lawn golf, golf clubs. Turn key to open front barn garage door, the back door has a latch to unhook. Both doors have a latch to keep them open, which should be secured otherwise high wind can break the hinges. 4. TOOL SHED PARKING: As you pull into the driveway of the camp on the gravel road, this small tool shed will be to your left. There is a small grass area directly before the tool shed on the left that is meant for parking. Please try to not drive on the grass across from this to the right as the grass is soft here where the septic system in bleaching feels are underground. You could also park cars in between the small shed and the garage. Just avoid the right hand side of the driveway for any parking or turning around, please. OUTDOOR AMENITIES: BBQ, tree swing, hammock, basketball court, corn hole, croquet, outdoor shower, double kayak, paddleboards, life vests, lounge chairs for sunning, 2 picnic tables, Adirondacks, an outdoor fire pit to roast s'mores under the stars! Dock for fishing (DO NOT DIVE off dock as water is low here), can bring your own boat (launch at public dock). Guest access Full access to property Other things to note • LAKE LIFE: A lakeside camp is different than a year round residence. There are some things you may not be aware of to consider.
