Located in the heart of the Entre-deux-mers vineyards, in a quiet and relaxing environment, independent Gironde house with large garden, garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs. This 90 m² single-storey cottage consists of a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a TV lounge, two adjoining bedrooms equipped with a 160 cm bed and two 90 cm beds, a bathroom with WC included. Cycling enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity of the Roger Lapébie cycle path which crosses the Entre-deux-mers (We offer two bicycles with a child seat on request). Possibility of discovering the work of the vineyard on request. Sheets, table linen and heating are included in the price. Electricity consumption is included up to 8kwh/day.
