Le Gîte des Poiriers: a family home

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Large house surrounded by a large enclosed plot, quiet in a hamlet but located not far from family leisure possibilities: Bioparc de Doué en Anjou, CenterPark du Bois aux Daims, Futuroscope de Poitiers. From there you can radiate towards Saumur and the Anjou vineyard and towards the heritage of the Loire Valley Castles and small cities of character. The space On the ground floor the Gîte consists of an entrance, overlooking the dining room (itself communicating with a well-equipped kitchen) and a large living room with double sofa bed. The entrance also serves the toilet and bathroom. Also on the ground floor: a double bedroom and bathroom. For the rest of the beds upstairs: one bedroom (2 beds of 90) the dormitory (4 beds of 90) one double bedroom with bathroom and if needed the library with a futon (1 person) Outside the main building, there is a small house with a double bed and a bathroom. Beds equipped with duvet and pillows. Bed linen/towels not included Optional services to be ordered before arrival and paid on site: €8 per bed for the supply of sheets (€12 for made beds) and €5 per person for towels. The cleaning fee (180 euros) is included in the overall price. For little ones: highchair, bathtub, changing mat, plastic dishes, and baby bed are at your disposal. Guest access Guests have access to the Main Building, the Maisonette and of course the technical room where they will find stored: games, barbecue, ping pong table, sun loungers, umbrella, hammock etc... Other things to note We reserve the right to maintain the pool available to you from June 1 to September 30. The swimming pool (8 m x 4.50 m) depth 1.30, has its own rules that you can consult at the Gîte. The surroundings are secure.
