The house is located on the heights of Coutainville, in a privileged environment. It is accessed by a green path on foot. The calm is impressive and the view from the terrace overlooks the trees and in the distance you can see the sea. However, you are a 10-minute walk from the supermarket and 13 minutes from the central beach... The house is very spacious and extremely bright. On the ground floor: 3 bedrooms, 1 wardrobe, 1 entrance room, 1 bathroom with bath and toilet, a game room, a space with an additional fridge and a washing machine, a garden On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom, 1 office, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom with toilet and shower, a terrace The 4 bedrooms are organized as follows:1 double bed in 3 of the 4 bedrooms and 2 single beds in the fourth bedroom Need to Know: The first parking stall is located 50 meters away. This house is our place of residence, you are there so find life, frameworks, books, cute glasses and fluffy cushions… The staircase has no guardrails (see photo below). WiFi adsl with repeater Guest access You can make use of all the space (a mezanine attic is reserved for our personal belongings) Other things to note Good to know: the first parking space is 50 meters away.
