The house is located on the heights of Coutainville, in a privileged environment. It is accessed by a green path on foot. The calm is impressive and the view from the terrace overlooks the trees and in the distance, you can see the sea. You are however a 10-minute walk from the supermarket and 13 minutes from the central beach... The house is very spacious and extremely bright. It is also very well equipped and has a family and personal atmosphere (it is our home). The space The house is very spacious and extremely bright. On the ground floor: 3 bedrooms, 1 wardrobe, 1 entrance room, 1 bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a game room, an area with an additional fridge and a washing machine, a garden On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom, 1 office, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom with toilet and shower, a terrace The 4 bedrooms are organized as follows: 1 double bed in 3 of the 4 bedrooms and 2 single beds in the fourth bedroom Good to know: the first parking space is 50 meters away. This house is our place of residence, you will find life, frames, books, nice glasses and soft cushions... The staircase has no guardrail (see photo below).
