As a guest you also have access to the shared areas of the complex: gym, coworking, meeting rooms, reading area, event room, children's playroom, garden with a playground and grill terrace, subject to building hours and rules. Children must always be accompanied by an adult in the garden, playroom and sports areas. Entry to the complex is through a gatehouse staffed 24 hours, where your reservation is registered on arrival. The building has an elevator and free covered parking for the unit. A 50 USD fee per stay applies for the additional cleaning the unit requires; any damage is charged separately. Location: the complex sits on the México-Toluca highway in El Yaqui, minutes from Centro Médico ABC Santa Fe, Centro Santa Fe, Garden Santa Fe, Expo Santa Fe, the corporate towers and the area's universities. Santa Fe is a corporate district rather than a walkable neighbourhood: a car, Uber or DiDi is the practical way to get around. Arrival and departure: check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out at 11:00 AM. Access is through the gatehouse, where security registers the reservation. Parking: the complex includes covered parking for the unit; vehicles may be inspected by building staff when required. Shared areas: the gym, coworking, meeting rooms, event room, playroom, garden and grill terrace operate under building hours and rules and may be closed for maintenance. Minors: every minor staying at or visiting the property must be registered; when requested, the responsible adult must present identification and documentation showing parentage, guardianship or authorisation to travel with the minor.
