The Schwarzwassertal is one of the most beautiful valleys in Germany’s low mountain ranges. From your apartment window, you can watch our small herd of llamas and even go on hikes with our animals. Our “Saloon zum Grizzly” is the first Dutch oven restaurant in Germany. But there are also many cultural and recreational activities in the surrounding area, such as adventure and thermal baths, mining tours, museums, and much more. The Kammweg long-distance hiking trail runs through the Schwarzwassertal. We have something to suit every age group. It’s about 85 km to Dresden, the capital of Saxony, and about 95 km to Prague.
