You can sit or have breakfast under the covered patio, sheltered from the elements, while natural light floods the rooms through the large windows, creating an exceptionally cozy atmosphere. The wood-burning stove provides coziness and warmth whenever you need it. The large terrace is perfect for reading, sunbathing, or relaxing. The 360-square-meter property has been lovingly landscaped. It is fully fenced, making it ideal for pet owners as well. You’ll have exclusive use of the property. There is one parking space directly in front of the house. H. Winkler Vacation Home: The vacation home has been completely renovated, expanded, and modernized. Accordingly, the kitchen, bathroom, living area, and garden are fully equipped. Everything is provided, from an espresso and coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle to a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and even a small oven. Bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, and dish towels are included in the rental price.
