Bierkistenzimmer - Best Western Plus Bierkulturhotel Schwanen

A traditional object from the brewing industry – interpreted in a highly original way. Prepared with great care, it uses characterful woods from the former malt warehouse of our brewery. The impression of the room is extremely generous, as the bathroom and wardrobe are partially integrated into the room. As a guest, you have access to adjustable air conditioning, large LCD TV, Sky-free-to-Guest, free Wi-Fi, radio, telephone, safe, alarm clock and a coffee and tea station. It is comfortable, innovative, spacious and full of details steeped in history. At the family-run BEST WESTERN PLUS BierKulturHotel Schwanen in Ehingen/Donau, history is in dialogue with a modern architectural concept. As a guest, you will feel like a traveller between the times when your fingers stroke original medieval masonry or feel ancient oak beams, smooth steel and velvety concrete in one of the six city wall maisonette rooms. All 50 rooms and suites, filled with warmth and pleasant moments of surprise, have adjustable air conditioning, LCD TV, Sky free to Guest, free Wi-Fi, radio, telephone, safe, alarm clock and coffee and tea making facilities. Built in 2011, the hotel also includes an underground parking lot and three flexible seminar rooms. In 23 rooms, you will live in an amazingly sophisticated furniture sculpture consisting of a bed, wardrobe and seating area, which, with its wall panelling made of antique wood, is reminiscent of the wooden beer crates of yesteryear. The Schwanen Inn-Brewery, which has been in existence since 1697, is part of the hotel, where you will be spoiled with home-brewed beers, Swabian cuisine and home-distilled distillates. Try your hand at the art of beer making at a brewing seminar with master brewer Michael Miller. Check-out is possible from 15:00 to 20:00 and departure from 07:00 to 10:00.
