The estate is totally enclosed and secure, with a family area featuring a fireplace, piano, table football and billiards. In the garden, you'll find plenty to keep you amused: swimming pool, trampoline, ping pong table, swing, volleyball and badminton court. Plus: the pool-house with an American fridge and barbecue + plancha. The entire house is kept. The house is located in the countryside and is an old building of the nineteenth century renovated. The pool is equipped with an alarm (key to turn), and a thick bubble cover that can be easily removed after each use. You'll also be able to take advantage of the many markets, day and night, to sample the peaches and apricots ripening in the Rhone Valley sunshine. Many outdoor activities such as canoeing on the Ardeche or Drome rivers, rafting, the animal parks of Peaugres or the Crocodile Farm are sure to please young and old alike.
