Enjoy this fabulous, spacious and well-equipped villa, ideally nestled on the banks of the Aude River, at the foot of the Pyrenees. The property features a hot tub and a refreshing swimming pool, providing the perfect opportunity for our guests to relax and recharge after exploring our beautiful region. The space Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, spacious, well equipped and with great outside space including a large pool. Guest access Guests have sole access to all parts of the house. Other things to note Prior to arrival, please confirm the number of guests and bedrooms required for the stay. • For safety reasons, we do not accommodate children under 12 at the gîte. Please ensure that all members of your party meet this requirement. • Bed linen and bath towels are provided ( not pool towels) • If you are bringing a pet, there is a €30 supplement per pet, per week. Please let us know the number and size of your pet(s) and confirm that they are up to date with their necessary vaccinations and health checks. Please bring bedding for your pet, lint/hair removal equipment and dog poo bags. • Check-in is from 17h00.
