Town House near Marseille and Cassis

In this town house, you have a large living room of 40 m² which opens onto a pleasant and quiet terrace. The living room is air-conditioned and very bright. The kitchen is very well equipped: a crepe party, a raclette, waffles, a casserole dish, etc. Everything is there ! You have two bedrooms, both have their own bathroom. They are not air-conditioned, but there is a fan in each of them. The master bedroom has a 160 cm bed with a dressing room and a large bathroom with toilet. Bedroom no. 2 has a single bed: the decor is rather girly, there is a very chic bathroom. There are two toilets: one toilet in the master bedroom, the other independent. You can park within the grounds, there is a space with an automatic gate. In the living room, there are two convertible sofas, one two-seater, the other one-seater. The terrace faces south, with vegetation: it is really pleasant for lunch or a little plancha. The street is quiet but a 5-minute walk away, you have the center of Aubagne and all its shops (bars, restaurants, cinema, supermarket, market, etc.) 5 minutes away, you also have the bus and train station which will quickly take you to Marseille, Cassis, Aix en Provence, La Ciotat, Toulon,... without worrying about traffic or parking space in these places tourist. By car, you are 10 minutes from Marseille, 15 minutes from Cassis and La Ciotat, 30 minutes from Aix en Provence, La Cadière d'Azur, Bandol and Toulon. 5 minutes by car, you reach the Font de Mai car park which takes you straight to the Pagnol trails, hiking trails in our beautiful Garlaban!
