Cozy, bright, near everything

This a great, comfortable apartment. It is located in a central neighborhood, where you can find everything you need nearby. Near Oroño Boulevard, Córdoba street, Independence Park and much more. One to three adults can sleep well, and even a couple with 2 kids. The space The whole apartment has been recently redecorated to make it a pleasant, colorful and functional space. The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook, but also the neighborhood offers a variety of food delivery, bakeries and bars where can eat or take away. The apartment has wifi and cable TV. It has windows in all the rooms what makes it very bright during the day and with good ventilation. The windows also have blinds to darken the rooms if needed. The bedroom has a queen size bed and large closets; the bathroom, decorated in black and white has good water pressure for a soothing shower and glass partition. The kitchen is integrated into the dining-room which has a "Newspaper" design table with 4 chairs and a sofa bed where you can sit or sleep comfortably at night. We have an extra high density mattress that can be placed on the futon open as a bed, where either an adult or a kid can sleep comfortably. We offer our guests items to prepare a dry breakfast (coffee, tea, mate, milk). Guest access The apartment is located on a first floor where you can reach through stairs (so it is not recommended for people with reduced mobility or wheelchair, sorry). It has a separate bedroom with Queen size bed, and a sofa-bed for a third person in the living room. Fully equiped kitchen (conected with the liveng) and bathroom.
