Gas fired central heating. Private fenced garden, private parking, car port. Gîte ideally located for exploring Bourg-en-Bresse (Royal Monastery at Brou, apothecary), Bouvent (water sports activities), Villars-les-Dombes (park/sanctuary with 1,000 birds) and the Revermont.
