Charming residence 10 minutes from Nîmes

Our house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a small village of about 2,000 inhabitants. It's a house that mixes ancient stones and modern touches. Large garden to relax in. Shops 100 meters away. Highway access 7 minutes away. Private parking spaces. Towels and sheets are provided. Ideally located between the Pont du Gard, Nîmes, Uzès and Avignon. It will be an ideal base for visiting Provence, the Camargue and the coastline. The space Upstairs, you will find 4 bedrooms (two of which overlook a balcony) that can accommodate a total of 8 people, but also a walk-in shower room as well as a toilet. The master bedroom is equipped with a TV with Chromecast. On the ground floor, you will have an equipped kitchen in which you will find all the necessary utensils, a back kitchen where you can cook good dishes and which is also equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine. Also on the ground floor, you will enjoy a large living room dining area overlooking a 45 square meter terrace. You also have access to a hallway after the front door in which there is a large sliding closet but also a toilet. The house is fully covered by the WIFI network and is fully air-conditioned. The gate is automated. Outside, you can enjoy meals on the terrace (you have a barbecue) or the land of about 1,000 square meters on which you can play ball games or a few games of petanque. You can also observe some species of fish in the pond located below the terrace (you will still have to be vigilant with the youngest children). You will find everything you need in the center of the village (7 minutes walk): grocery store open 7 days a week, pharmacy, tobacco and bakery. With the car, you can shop in two different supermarkets in 5 minutes. The house is ideally located between Avignon and Montpellier. The Pont du Gard is 15 minutes by car and the city center of Nîmes (with its Roman monuments, including the Maison Carrée and the arenas) is only 20 minutes, Avignon and its ramparts 40 minutes, Uzès and its duchy, 30 minutes. The sea (Le Grau-du-Roi) is only 45 minutes away. You will also have the opportunity to visit other places, which will be facilitated by the proximity to the highway exit (5 minutes).
