It is also at close walking distance to the subway and metrobus, and to other interesting areas such as Palermo Soho, Las Cañitas and the parks of Palermo. This high-end luxury apartment has been equipped with only the best furnishings and appliances. The high-end La Cardeuse mattress may be spilt from a queen to two twins if desired and with the pull-out couch bed, the apartment can accommodate up to 3 guests. Guest access Andy manages the apartment and will meet you there when you arrive from the airport to hand over keys, explain amenities, and tell you about the surrounding area. He can also answer your questions about the city, excursions, restaurants, nightlife, language, etc. We also provide a guide to the apartment in electronic and printed format, and we keep in good contact with guests by email, phone, etc., to answer their questions. If you book, please send us your flight information (airline, number and departure city) so that we can track it online and be at the apartment when you arrive from the airport, if that works for you. Knowing when you'd like to check out will also be helpful in planning ahead. Other things to note • Our check-in time starts at 3 pm and our check-outs are until 12 pm (noon). Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a small extra fee; please contact us. • Our check-ins and check-outs are usually from 9 am to 10 pm. We can meet you outside of those hours, but we have a $20 out-of-hours fee. • The rate includes cleaning before and after your stay. Extra cleaning visits are available for an extra fee. • Penalty for lost keys: US$200.
