We offer for rent our 4-bedroom family home with an outdoor terrace, a large pleasant and bright living room close to the large beach of Saint Gilles, 15 minutes walk. It is ideally located in a quiet area and close to children's games. Downtown is also within a 15-minute walk. It has a 300 m2 enclosed garden and a closed garage. Perfect place to enjoy a family vacation in peace! The space The house consists of a large living room with kitchen, dining room and living room on the ground floor. Two beautiful master bedrooms a little set back complete this floor with a bathroom including a bathtub and shower and separate toilet. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with a play area for children, a large bedroom with two bunk beds and a large 140 cm bed, as well as a small bedroom. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, with the exception of a second bathroom and toilet close to the garage, which are not open at the moment. Other things to note Linens and towels are not included in the accommodation price. Possibility of renting sheets and/or towels, bath mats for an extra fee and upon request.
