The villa rental includes the services of the house staff. The space The house staff is composed of the cook who permanently resides in the villa and acts as a manager, a housekeeper and a swimming pool gardener who occasionally intervene and stay outside. The stove manager manages the kitchen and the maid. She prepares two meals a day, namely breakfast and, to choose from, lunch or dinner. The tenant is responsible for the necessary supply for the preparation of meals, in consultation with the stove. It tells the stove enough in advance of the type of meal to be prepared, lunch or dinner, and validates the menu to prepare. The tenant abstains from preparing his own meal, the kitchen being the reserved area of the stove. Breakfast preparation is included in the rental price. The preparation of the extra meal is charged 150 dirhams per meal, payable directly to the cook. A masseuse is also available by reservation 48 hours in advance.
