A charming, 30-square-meter cottage that has just been renovated, featuring a lovely garden right on the water’s edge, just a 10-minute walk from downtown. <br><br>The sea, rest, and rejuvenation will be the hallmarks of your stay.<br>You can swim at the beach below, take a stroll along the seawall or through downtown Coutain, go fishing, watch the sunset from the garden with a drink in hand, and observe the tides as they rise and fall throughout the day—what more could you ask for?<br><br>The house is small, but we’ve made sure it has all the comforts you need! It includes:<br>- A garden with a wooden deck and outdoor furniture: table, chairs, lounge chairs, and a small electric grill so you can enjoy your meals overlooking the sea;<br>- A living room with a bench for reading while facing the sea and a selection of novels for all tastes, a table and 4 chairs, and a very comfortable, high-quality sofa bed (an 18 cm thick memory foam mattress with wooden slats). Blackout blinds are installed on every window in the living room to completely block out the light;<br>- A sleeping area behind a glass partition featuring a double bed (note: the glass partition is not closed off by a door, but by a blackout curtain; blackout blinds are also installed on every window in the glass partition to ensure it is well-isolated);<br>- A brand-new, fully equipped kitchen: oven with 4 glass-ceramic burners, coffee maker and coffee included, dishwasher, etc.;<br>- A bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.<br><br>Please note: the rooms and hallways in the house are fairly small and narrow (about 60 cm wide): keep this in mind depending on your size :) <br>Nevertheless, the house is ideally located, and the ocean view is breathtaking: you can see it from every room in the house, including from the beds, where you can drift off to sleep to the sound of the waves...!<br><br>To access the property, you’ll need to go down a staircase that’s shared with other family members, who use it to access their garden, which is adjacent to yours. <br>The two gardens are, of course, separated by a fence high enough to ensure your complete privacy during your stay.<br>The staircase leading down to the seawall is also shared.<br><br>Please note: the garden is elevated above the seawall and does not have a gate or fence (see photo). Keep this in mind if you’re traveling with (very) young children!
