House with secure heated pool

Thank you for visiting our page for renting our house. WEEKLY RATE -10% FOR 2 WEEKS -20% DISCOUNT We mainly prefer to rent to families with or without children. The house being in a quiet and family-friendly area away from the festive side of the seaside:) Located in the village of Rivesaltes known for its Muscat , Recent villa, step-free. Studio on the independent floor of the villa, with private entrance and no access to the garden and pool The space villa is completely private, garden access and private pool as well . The upstairs studio has a completely independent entrance and has no access to the pool . The studio is not rented with the house. Potential seasonal tenants do not have the view of the pool. The garden is completely fenced and finished. At the back of the house large terrace with 6x3 heated pool. 4 sunbaths. A summer kitchen with BBq fridge and deep fryer. covered terrace also. Guest access the entire ground floor is available to guests. the garage will be private and the other party we keep for the storage of our personal belongings. the part of the garage gives access to the washing machine as well as the electrical panel for safety measures. Other things to note During the summer period from July to August we prefer arrivals on Saturday to Saturday. However, we are open for checkouts later if you want to book more than 7 days. Quiet neighborhood, respect for the neighborhood . No parties. No extra guests. local shops, Shopping mall 8min away. 15 min from the beaches of Barcarès. Water restrictions throughout the area, compliance with regulations ( prefectural order) and the use of the pool ( no diving or bomb and installation of the bache in the evening ). In case of non-compliance, police services may apply a fine
