Relaxing on the lake

You have to live this paradise on the lake to understand it The space The accommodation is located in a small complex of 5 families. Ours is on the first floor and can be reached via the private external staircase that leads to the balcony that overlooks the lake and where you can have wonderful breakfasts or lunches or dinners. In addition to the balcony just mentioned, it consists of a living room and kitchen that enjoy the wonderful lake view through the large window. On the same floor, there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, on the mezzanine, there are two single beds and a bathroom with a bathtub. There is also a room that serves as a storage room, ironing room and there is a washing machine. There are some of our things in that room, but you can use it freely. The garden directly on the lake has a swimming pool and a BBQ that you can use by booking, eating directly on the lake under the canopy with green jasmine. The pool, with a few exceptions, is very little used. There is also a private jetty with a boat that we rent on request. The boat requires a license. We also rent a canoe, a rowing boat, 5 bikes, including a racing bike, two windsurfs of different sizes, and an old kite. However, I need to know well in advance because some equipment needs to be checked. Guest access All parts of the private house and condominium areas in compliance with the condominium regulations. Other things to note IT IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW THE CONDOMINIUM REGULATIONS: Article 4 establishes rules for the use of the condominium's common areas: - Pool and surrounding area: the hours of use are fixed but it is not a problem if you do not make too much noise at night or during breaks. It is forbidden to pollute the water, or use shampoo in the shower, make noise and use bulky objects in the pool and play diving. It is forbidden to eat or drink when in the water. Parents are responsible for their children. The deckchairs are reserved for you, and you will have 4 available. When you leave the garden, you have to take everything away (except the deck chairs, of course) - BBQ in the garden: usable by all condominiums, by reservation by putting a ticket with date, lunch/dinner and name. If, without having booked, you find it free and there are no other bookings, you can still use the BBQ and/or the tables in the garden. When using the BBQ, clean it and clean or tidy the area by collecting chairs and tables and waste. - BBQ on the balcony, you can use it moderately but unfortunately we have neighbors next door who complain about any smells. It's best not to use it. Pier: each condominium owner can moor only one boat. In this specific case, ours is moored. If any friends come to visit you on the boat, let the host know and ask for permission from the condominiums. It is forbidden to rent the place to non-residents. Guests are only allowed in the presence of the owners. Pets: no access to the pool and adjacent area. Transit in other common areas is allowed if on a leash. Owners are responsible for any damage or excrement left by animals accidentally and must be collected. Access road to the underground garages: no parking, except for short loading/unloading, with the obligation to free the passage on request. Behind the house there is a large parking lot that is always free except for Saturdays and Sundays, when it may be a little difficult to find a parking space, but these are very rare cases. Other provisions: it is forbidden to occupy the common areas with objects, park bicycles or deposit waste outside the rules It is forbidden by regulation to hang out clothes, even if most of the condominiums do so, we ask for respect for this rule as well. You can hang up your swimsuits and beach towels as long as they dry and in a somewhat private way. The trash can should not be left in sight. Your host will provide you with the days and rules for waste.
