Located on 15 wooded acres in a secluded spot on the beautiful Piscataquis River to star-gaze, fly fish, paddle, go out for a hike, or simply listen to the sound of river rapids as they quiet your mind. Sit by the camfire to disconnect and reconnect to the Natural Grid. View the river from every room and slow down. Located near the ATV/ITS/AT trails. The space This new construction is a light, open space, yet a cozy set-up around a wood stove that keeps the well-insulated house warm when needed. Plenty of cross-breeze from the front room that feels as though you are right over the river for warm summer days. Guest access The whole house is yours. There is a sizeable loft for any extra guests with air mattresses and cots. Other things to note While in a secluded spot, our house is 12 miles from I-95 and 8 miles from the nearest small town with a full grocery store, pizza, restsurants, gas station, and a laundromat.
