The space On the ground floor, a vast 70m² living room with a fully-equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker, Nespresso, raclette and fondue machines) opening onto the dining room, a lounge area (Netflix on TV) and table soccer to liven up your evenings. Sleeping facilities: a first family suite on the ground floor with a double bed and 2 single bunk beds, adjoining the shower room with shower, washbasin and WC. 3 double bedrooms upstairs. Sanitary facilities: a 2nd shower room and separate WC on the first floor. WC and washbasin upstairs. The chalet is air-conditioned on both floors. The chalet has been tastefully renovated, combining modern materials, wood and stone. You'll enjoy a blissful, landscaped exterior including a covered table, electric plancha, ping-pong table, petanque court, two passes to take to the lake and use with care. Other information: Late departures are permitted if no reservations follow. Large hall with cupboard to store your outing accessories. A cot and high chair are available for your little ones. 4 cars can be parked in the courtyard. A washing machine and tumble dryer are at your disposal. An electric hook-up point is available at the chalet for a supplement of 25e per vehicle for your entire stay. For your peace of mind, bed linen, towels and crockery are provided! Utilities are included in the price. Use energy sparingly. Parties, hen and stag nights are strictly forbidden. Our 4-legged friends are not allowed.
