Lovely 90 m² apartment recently refurbished in 2023, for 4 people. Impressive 180-degree sea view. The large terrace (24 m²) as well as the "corner" position of the apartment will allow you to benefit from ideal sunshine from morning to night. The sunrise can be seen directly from your bed (large French window with sea views) and of course from your terrace. The large communal pool is also visible from the terrace and has sunloungers available. Ideally located 600m from the sea (Playa El Castillo sandy beach), your apartment is also very close to two supermarkets (450m) and the Duquesa Golf Club (900m). The development is in a quiet and secure residential area. The corner configuration of the apartment on the second floor also gives you peace and quiet. There are free parking spaces around the building. The port of La Duquesa, with its restaurants, bars, children's playgrounds, etc. is easily accessible on foot from the apartment (20 minutes). The apartment has just been furnished and has two bedrooms (one with a new 160cm double bed and one with two new 90cm single beds). Each bedroom has large wardrobes, a bathroom and a toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric juicer, fridge, freezer). The utility room is equipped with a washing machine (iron and ironing board). A comfortable and spacious dining and living room complete the description. We have WIFI (600M fibre optic) and a 55-inch Smart TV with cable. For sunny summer days, the air conditioning with vents has the advantage of being quiet, all rooms are air-conditioned! The building has a lift. In addition to the beautiful sandy beaches and the incredible atmosphere of the Port of Duquesa, the area is also ideal for hiking (the mountains are just a few km away) and for cultural visits (Gibraltar and its rock 35km away, Ronda and its white villages 70Km away, the beautiful white village of Casares just 10Km away, Marbella 45Km away, Estepona and its beautiful old town 12Km away. Longer but equally beautiful excursions are possible to Tarifa (3/4h), Cádiz (1h30), Seville (2h), Córdoba (2h30), Granada (2h30)... Malaga airport is 95km away, you can reach the apartment by rental car but also by bus (11 euros to Estepona). Pool open from 01/07 to 31/08 (unless modified by government decision due to drought).
