Welcome! Our house is one block from the sea. And it holds seven people comfortably. The entrance to the beach offers a wooden structure and shower. It is close to the center of Pinheira Beach. At night, the beach is illuminated. Quiet and peaceful place. Spacious backyard, all grassy. House with air conditioning ideal for families with children. The water in the house is from Casan /piped. NOTE: Minimum of 5 nights. Between Christmas and New Year, the minimum is 7 nights. The space CAUTION: UNFORTUNATELY WE DO NOT ACCEPT pets due to one of our children's allergies. Guest access In addition to the entire interior space of the house. There is a large covered area and an extensive lawn. Quiet and peaceful street. Other things to note The house has two bedrooms: 4 beds (2 double and 2 single), 1 crib and also 2 very good single mattresses. In the first bedroom, there is a double bed and a crib. In the second bedroom, a trundle (1 double bed and 2 single beds) Note: 1-You must bring swimwear. There are seven pillows in the house.
