"The Attic" at Quin House Christiansted St Croix

Beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bath 3rd floor apartment with a deck overlooking rooftops and the sea in downtown Christiansted situated in historic Danish building built in the early 1800's. Everything you need is within walking distance. Street parking is easy to find close by. The space The restaurant in the Courtyard not only serves dinner, but is available for special functions (up to 60 people)in a beautiful air-conditioned space and/ or the tropical courtyard on the ground floor. For information on special functions, check out Too Chez Restaurant on the web. From Wednesday through Monday the courtyard is open from 8am to 2pm for coffee and eats - called The Cruzan Coffee Club. Guest access The apartment takes up the entire third floor of the building. Below are offices and on the ground floor is a restaurant which serves dinner Tuesday through Sunday (Too Chez Restaurant) and breakfast/lunch from 8am to 2pm (Cruzan Coffee Club). Other things to note There are two flights of steps to get to the apartment. The outside deck has a secure railing but I don’t recommend this location for children. In some parts of the apartment, the ceiling is low, hence “The Attic”.
