Ideally located in the city center, in close proximity to all shops, restaurants, amenities, and a 5-minute walk from the sea. The space Ideal for a getaway for two or a family with two children, the studio is equipped in the living room with a retractable double bed (140x190cm) consisting of a 25cm thick mattress and a convertible sofa bed for two (140x190cm) with an 18cm thick mattress in the loggia. New and fully equipped kitchen. In the entrance, several closets with ample storage space. Round dining table for 4 to 6 people. The studio enjoys a double South and Southwest exposure at the corner of the residence, providing sunlight throughout the day as well as stunning views of the pool.
