Cottage on a Ranch, Maria Clara Farmhouse!!!

Our ranch is a simple, welcoming and charming place, ideal for those who want to rest, disconnect from the hustle and bustle and enjoy the tranquility of nature. Here you will find a rustic atmosphere, with the essentials for a comfortable stay, surrounded by lots of greenery, birdsong and that pleasant interior climate. Perfect for those who like quiet, simplicity and value special moments outdoors. We are in a rural area, far from the city! The space The site contains 2 houses, being a little distant from each other, 1 house is only for rent, the other is where the host's brother lives! In the chalet we have a very nice deck for sunbathing, next to each house there are two sheds that will be leisure areas for guests in the future (note: still under renovation). Guest access Guests have free access to the farm's yard, which is spacious, surrounded by nature and offers a perfect space to relax, hike, picnic or simply enjoy the fresh air. The space has grassy areas, fruit trees, benches and chairs, as well as a beautiful view of the local landscape. Access to the yard is private, and we ask only that the quiet hours be respected and that the plants and animals on the premises be cared for. Other things to note We stayed at the Maria Clara farm Our ranch is a space of direct contact with nature, away from the city and ideal for those seeking rest, tranquility and disconnection. Therefore, please be advised that there is no internet access on site and the cell phone signal may be limited in some parts of the property. We are located in a rural area, away from markets, bakeries and shops in general, so we recommend that guests organize themselves and bring everything they deem necessary for their stay. We, the hosts, live away from the site, but remain available for any need or emergency. Contact can be made in advance or during the stay, within the possibilities of the signal.
