This charming house in Provence, right in the heart of the Sud Luberon, invites you to enjoy a peaceful getaway. Located in a very quiet residence (parties are not allowed) surrounded by pine and holm oak trees, the house offers unobstructed views of the countryside. The shaded terraces are perfect for alfresco dining. The 10 m x 5 m swimming pool (equipped with an alarm but not safe for non-swimmers, including children) promises you refreshing swims. The space In the Luberon, 30 minutes from Aix-en-Provence and 15 minutes from Lourmarin, a charming Provençal house surrounded by pine and holm oak trees. Located 3 kilometers from the lively village of La Tour-d’Aigues, the villa is designed for 8 people and features, on the ground floor, a large living room with dining and lounge areas, a work area, a fully equipped and furnished large kitchen opening onto the dining room, a toilet with a sink, a separate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, and ironing facilities. Upstairs: 4 comfortable, colorful, and bright bedrooms featuring large closets and wardrobes, a bathroom, and a shower room; the toilet is separate. In front of the house, there is a terrace shaded by wisteria, and on the side, there is a partially covered terrace with an electric barbecue (open fires are strictly prohibited), a stone sink, and a garden table and chairs. Large, shaded gravel terrace with beautiful views of the countryside. Private tiled swimming pool measuring 10 x 5 meters, located below the house, surrounded by a large terrace with deck chairs and an umbrella. The pool has an alarm but is not secured by a gate. It is therefore not intended for people or children who cannot swim. The property is not fenced; it provides access to lovely walks through the surrounding vineyards, olive groves, and countryside, but as a result, no pets are allowed. We do not want to hold events or parties because we are located in a very quiet residence and do not want to cause any inconvenience to the neighborhood. Parties are forbidden. The house is Non Smoking. The rental includes bed linen, towels, and an end-of-stay cleaning. Travel crib with 120 x 60 cm mattress, high chair, changing mat, baby bouncer, small potty, safety gate for young children. The rental starts on Saturday at 4:00 p.m. and ends the following Saturday at 10:00 a.m. Minimum stay of 7 nights. Guest access The house is 45 minutes from Aix-en-Provence TGV train station and 1 hour from Marseille Marignane Airport. Other things to note The pool has an alarm but is not secured by a gate.
