Outdoor dining off of the main house sits under a shaded trellis, leading to an above ground pool (pool IS NOT heated) and a six person hot tub. The guest house has two bedrooms and one bathroom, living/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. AC/heat. Off the second bedroom, French doors lead to a large outdoor deck for lounging and dining. Detached, pool house has a wet bar, 85 inch screen TV with surround sound and a 1/2 bathroom with an outdoor shower. The pool house also has AC/heat.
