This self-contained apartment, which is perfect for 2 people but can accommodate up to 2 small children as well, is set within the property owners house, situated on the first floor of an iconic listed building in the heart of the lovely Georgian village of Dunkeld. Built in 1809 by the Duke of Atholl as accommodation for the manager of the grocery shop below, the property retains many original historic features, including sash windows and wooden shutters in the main room. The space Large open plan living, dining & bedroom apartment separated by a corridor leading to a large bathroom with walk in shower and separate bath, and a fully equipped kitchen. Guest access Entrance to the main building is shared with myself & my 2 kids. Please always lock the outer door on entering with the safe lock & on leaving with the Yale key. Internal stairs take you to the shared landing where the apartment is situated on the right. Area to the left on this landing & the stairs further up are my private family home. Other things to note When you come in we’d really appreciate it if you could take your shoes off at the bottom of the stairs; we provide slippers for you during your stay.
