Peaceful and centrally-located Edwardian home sharing with Mother and daughter. 10 mins walk to Town Centre, bus and rail station providing excellent transport links. 5 mins walk Poole Hospital. Private parking available. Clean and comfortable room with tea and coffee making facilities. Work space with Wi-Fi. Kitchen for light meal preparation. Continental breakfast. Home cooked dinner available on request at an additional charge. Well behaved dogs welcome by arrangement. The space Homely 3 bedroomed character property situated within 3 mins walking distance to local shops and bus stops. 5 mins walk to Poole Hospital. 10 mins drive to Ferry Terminal. Great base for commuting, working or visiting the local area. The Guest bedroom is located at the rear of the house overlooking a large private rear garden that enjoys the sanctuary of a semi urban location. The room has a desk, wardrobe , chest of drawers and black out blind. Good Wi-fi. There is a kettle with a selection of hot drinks. Guests also have access to the kitchen. Shared bathroom with an additional downstairs W.C. We do have a friendly cat and we welcome one well behaved dog. Guest access Guests will be staying in the house with my daughter and I. You will have your own private room sharing the bathroom and kitchen. Whether you wish to interact with us or prefer your own space we will respect your privacy. We will endeavour to meet and greet you on arrival but should either of us be unavailable, the key will be left in the secure lock box. Collection from train, coach station and ferry terminal may be possible by prior arrangement. Please note: We are unable accept arrivals after 9 pm. Do check ferry timings prior to booking. During your stay My daughter and I are always happy to help and we share an extensive knowledge of the local area and places to visit in Dorset. We will be around or easily contactable to answer questions and follow up queries. We are very happy to interact with guests but equally respect your privacy and preferences to be left alone. Other things to note Living close to the town centre we have restricted on road parking. You may park on the road for free during the evening and at weekends. Parking on driveway available.
