IMPORTANT PLEASE READ IN FULL BEFORE BOOKING Maximum occupancy 4 people (children and babies count). There is a condominium fee of 25.00 from 2 nights or 50.00 for only 1 night per person per night, children up to 12 years old do not pay, this fee must be paid at the condominium reception. We have a double bed, hotel-quality mattress, a sofa bed, Samsung 43-inch Smart TV, wooden floor and mountain view We have a minibar, microwave, coffee maker and kitchen utensils. The space IMPORTANT (please read to the end) The Hotel fee of R$ 25.00 per person per night for rentals over 2 nights, children up to 12 years old do not pay the aforementioned fee. This fee is paid at the flat's reception. For a single night, the hotel fee will be charged in double amounts, that is, R$ 50.00 per guest over 12 years of age. If you do not agree with this fee, which is a condominium convention, I ask that you do not rent, as I cannot cancel the reservation. Unit 410 does not provide soap, detergent, cleaning sponges or any food, following food safety rules. There are no meals included, nor breakfast. - Bed with hotel mattress, pillows, set of sheets, blankets, but we recommend that the guest bring their own blanket and pillows - Single bed with second single pullout. - TV - 32-inch cable TV with few channels - Ceiling fan. - Bathroom stall and cabinet. - Mini kitchen, new minibar, microwave, coffee maker and kitchen utensils. - Wi-Fi (in the room the signal is lower than in the reception, pool and rest areas) Parking is around the Hotel and there are private and public spaces, but enough for everyone. The spaces around the hotel, the private part, has only 14 spaces, two of which are for the Disabled. The sauna and other areas are at the disposal of guests, but the unit does not have a ball, rackets and other entertainment items that must be brought by the guest. Note: In order to be able to work with lower prices, I cannot work with check-in and check-out times that are different from the daily standard, i.e. check-in after 3 p.m. and check-out by 12 p.m. Any need for early check-in or late check-out must be addressed directly with the owner, and the cost will be informed upon availability. Guest access The private unit 410 has a small kitchen with a sink, microwave, and minibar, no food or soap. Other things to note the parking lot has 12 spaces and 2 more spaces for the disabled, so beyond this limit there are spaces around the lake that are public or at the back of the flat, very quiet street.
