Other things to note The Cocoanut District is a very walkable area. Performing arts 1-3mi Van Wezel, Aslo Theatre, Opera House, cast welcomed. Lido Beach -St Armand’s 4mi away. Sarasota Memorial Hospital 2.5mi. Whitaker Park on the water and Pioneer Park is on Cocoanut. Publix Grocery store is a 11 minute walk. A few blocks are the Reserve Retreat and Wicked Cantina with live music at night. With Dog friendly outside seating.
