Exclusive and comfortable apartment, very spacious and well-equipped, with everything you need to spend an unforgettable vacation. Just a 10-minute drive to the beach, 5th Avenue, Xcaret, Xelha The space The apartment is comfortable, located on the 3rd floor, which can be accessed by elevator. It is very well ventilated and lit, with air conditioning and ceiling fans in all its rooms. All its spaces have a spectacular view of the gardens and the pool. You will feel as if you were inside the jungle, surrounded by amenities. The kitchen is super-equipped with all the necessary utensils so you can prepare whatever you want (refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, ceramic tableware, glass cups, plates and children's cups, pots and pans, cutlery, etc.) The apartment has three bedrooms (IMPORTANT TO READ): 1.- The master bedroom has a King-sized bed, A/C, fan, dryer, dressing room and its own bathroom. 2.- The 2nd bedroom has a double bed, A/C, fan and shares a large full bathroom. 2.- The 3rd bedroom has a double bed, A/C, fan and shares a large full bathroom. Additionally, a folding single bed can be placed in this room. We have a sofa bed in the living room. The living room has a 55" screen and WiFi at no extra cost. It has a beautiful dining room with 6 super comfortable beige chairs. The service patio has a washer-dryer for convenience and a laundry room. The balcony is spacious and has a table and 4 chairs to enjoy a beautiful sunset. We have 1 parking space. We hire trained cleaning staff to deliver the apartment perfectly clean and sanitized. Guest access Guests can access the 3 pools in the common areas and the clubhouse, which has a gym, pool, kids club, sports bar, barbecues (reservation required, no charge). A 2-minute walk away is an Oxxo convenience store, where you can also find delicious snacks to enjoy at dinner such as traditional marquesitas, hamburgers, hot dogs and typical Yucatecan tamales, without the need to go so far. Other things to note VERY IMPORTANT TO READ THIS INFORMATION: The apartment's capacity is up to 8 adults, the beds are for 6 people, plus the sofa bed, plus the folding bed (total 8 people maximum) We do not charge a cleaning fee, the apartment is delivered impeccably clean and we only ask that when you leave, leave the trash in the container outside the complex and leave the dishes clean. We do the deep cleaning when you leave. The electricity included in the rate is 35KWH per day and for stays of 1 month or more, it is 400KWH per month. This consumption has been studied and will be enough for you as long as the air conditioners and lights are turned off when leaving the apartment. It's important for guests to know that we're not responsible for any issues that may arise in the pools, elevator, Internet, and general condominium facilities, as these services are managed by independent companies in which we have no influence. Our responsibility is limited to making the corresponding reports, but the failure of any of these services is not our direct responsibility.
