Cottage w/ hot tub in idyllic location near Totnes

Set in a picture perfect countryside location a warm welcome awaits you at our 2 bed cottage ( part of our barn complex semi-detached to main house and The Barn loft) it has plenty of charm yet all the modern conveniences to make your stay comfortable. Surrounded by undulating Devon hills, beautiful country walks and the historic Church House Inn pub close by, the vibrant market town of Totnes just a 10 min drive away. This property can be adjoining to The Barn Loft (see other listing) The space Friendsleigh Barn complex is made up of our home (the building to the right in main picture) Little Friendsleigh Cottage(to the left on main picture and The Barn Loft apartment (see our other listings or message for info ) Friendsleigh Barn is a traditional farm barn complex that was repurposed and converted into a residential dwelling the 1970’s. Myself and partner Emma bought the Barn (our dream property) in September 2023 and have been lovingly updating it. Little Friendsleigh Cottage was first on our list! We have striped it right back and fully renovated it with new kitchen, shower room and interior furnishings. We have a lovely courtyard garden that gets the sun all day. A Private sun deck with hot tub and stunning views down the valley can be provided at Resort fee of £30 per stay. (please message before booking for availability, if you don’t not wish to use the hot tub the Resort fee will be taken off) The rear sundeck is located behind the games room. Please bring your own beach towel, bathrobe for the hot tub. We live on site with our Cocker Spaniels and cat Milo, they are all very friendly and gentle. Guest access Sole use of 2 bedroom cottage with private entrance, small private deck outside front entrance, the courtyard garden is a communal area. 3 very friendly cocker spaniels and one cat live in the main property which is semi detached. (The main house is our home and has a private back garden) The drive is a shared space with one designated space for the cottage (an extra space may be available on request). HOT TUB info We have a guest Hot Tub (located on the rear sun deck behind the games room) We charge £30 per stay for sole use of the hot tub. This charge comes under Resort Fee on your booking, if you do not wish to use the Hot Tub please send enquiry before booking and I will remove the fee. Please check before booking that the hot tub is available on your chosen dates.
