A typical stone-facade house with sea view in the famous Tuscan countryside. The space Farmhouse Nocolino 25 was ecologically restored, respecting ancient farmer techniques, by a young couple in love with nature in the 1980s. Today, their daughter Letizia and her partner Elia seek to recreate the serenity and peace that has long been offered by this special place. This old-fashioned country house with sea view is the ideal place to enjoy your holidays in total freedom and in synchrony with Nature. The stone façade fits in perfectly with the landscape between the hills and the lush 5-hectare garden surrounding the house, a real added value. The outside area is furnished with all the comforts. You’ll have a delightful pool surrounded by olive trees, hammocks, deckchairs, a romantic swing, a large bouncer to make children dream, as well as a small vegetable garden for those who wish to harvest ripe vegetables. There’s also a large wooden table in front of the house, perfect for enjoying a meal together in the shade of the pergola. Firewood lovingly chopped and stacked by Elia is at your disposal for the barbecue and portable fireplace. Far from light and noise pollution, on summer nights you can be enraptured by the spectacle of thousands of twinkling stars. The structure is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there’s a newly restructured kitchen with a fireplace and dishwasher, a bathroom with a tub, a living room and, to the side of the house with an independent entrance to the garden, an ample room with a double bed and a single bed and a private bathroom. On the second floor, which can be accessed both externally and internally, is a spacious double room (shares the bathroom next to the kitchen downstairs); a master double bedroom with a private bathroom; a big and bright study that can be converted to another bedroom with a double sofa bed and two single beds (perfect as a communal room for 4 children) and a balcony from which one descends via the classic stone staircase to the garden. The single beds in the study can be moved as needed. The cosy interiors are fully furnished to make you feel at home. There are loads of places to discover on the property, such as the Meditation Stone or spots in the greenery where you can rest among the olive trees with a view of the Tuscan horizon. The sea and the beautiful pine forest of Marina di Cecina are only a 25-minute drive away. The Nocolino farmhouse is a unique accommodation, perfect for those seeking relaxation and who want to live an authentic and regenerating experience in nature. Guest access The main house and large outdoor green spaces are yours to enjoy and explore. Elia, Letizia, their daughter Manà, and their two dogs and two cats live on the property about 200 meters from the main house, while the large garden in front of the house is for your exclusive use. Other things to note Pool dimensions: 1.40 m x 3.5 m x 6.5 m The pool is open for the whole season. From the main road to the farmhouse is a little dirt road of about 300 metres. Our municipality makes mandatory a Tourist Tax of 1 euro per day, per person from the age of 18. Please have the amount ready in cash when you arrive.
