The villa is located 10 minutes from the lively Fuengirola and the quintessentially Andalusian Mijas Pueblo and is also a good base for numerous golf courses. The space The villa consists of three bedrooms: a master bedroom with a Kingsize bed and en suite bathroom and two separate bedrooms, both with twin beds and a second bathroom. You will enjoy the South facing swimming pool and garden and appreciate the shade late afternoon. The covered garden terrace consists of a dinning table, seating for six and a gas BBQ, all ideal for Al fresco dinning. The whole interior of the villa has air conditioning for the summer and heating for the cooler months. When it comes to food preparation, the indoor kitchen is larger than average and is fully equipped. Your nearest convenience stores, cafeterias, restaurants and pharmacy can be found 1200 metres away from the villa. Guest access You have access to all aspects of the villa and garden. There is an owner room and owner cupboard, both identified and locked. There is a perimeter path south side of the villa for service contractors. This path is closed off to guests. Other things to note Service Contractors: Please note that we have arranged for service contractors to carry out general gardening duties once a week. They have an ongoing preventative maintenance task list and will go about completing these during visits. You will on occasion see a swimming pool contractor. They will carry out spot visits to ensure service standards are adhered to. BBQ: The outdoor BBQ grill is fuelled by gas that is readily available during your stay. Heated swimming pool: For ecological reasons the swimming pool isn't heated.
