Large and lovely family cabin centrally located in Rauland, with short distance to skiing and hiking trails. Ski slopes that run right by the cabin and hiking area right in the back. The cabin is located by itself and with plenty of space around to enjoy nice days. Great view of Rauland's mountains. Easy access to cabin with large and nice parking space. The cabin has all modern facilities. The cabin has a modern touch with nice details that make a homey touch. The cabin is superbly equipped with everything you need both outside and inside. Wood-fired stove The space The cabin contains: 1st floor: entrance, bathroom with sauna, laundry room with toilet, 4 bedrooms (1 private and locked) 3 for the tenant, small staircase down to large living room with open kitchen solution. Large dining table, sofa and chairs for relaxing. Exit to large south-west facing terrace with fantastic sun conditions all day. Wood-fired Stove on the terrace. Storage room with wood at the entrance and a storage room on the terrace with barbecue and cushions for outdoor furniture and barbecue. Garden furniture and fire pit on the terrace. 2nd floor: spacious loft living room with TV, sofa and 1 bedroom. The kitchen and well equipped for foody people. Oven, extra large fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, coffee maker, kitchen machine, toaster, toaster and waffle iron. The dining area is the heart of the cottage with space for 10 people++ From the living room you can enjoy great views of the Raulands mountains while feeling the warmth of the fireplace. Private parking with room for three cars right at the cabin. Possibility for electric car charging in the outlet at the parking for an additional fee 300,- for the owner. Vipses by appointment. While the adults enjoy the tranquility in the main room, the children can play in the attic where there are opportunities for both board games and video games and where the sound does not carry down into the living room. Sliding door into the living room from the hallway. Guest access The entire cabin except for one bedroom that is locked. Other things to note Hot tub must be filled and drained by the tenant. Hot tub is wood-fired. Water is collected from the basement in winter.
