Located close to the city center, good restaurants and good supermarkets. New and spacious house, prepared to receive 10 people, with space to store 3 large cars in the yard. The house has bars on the windows and an alarm system for your security. The space The house has 4 bedrooms, three of which are air-conditioned, two with queen-size beds and one with single beds and another with a double bed and ceiling fan. It has a living room with a fireplace, pantry, kitchen, barbecue area, balconies and a library on the mezzanine for children to enjoy their time. The house is equipped with a full kitchen, washing machine, bed linen and bath towels for use in the house. Guest access The house is unique on a large lot, so access is free in all environments. Other things to note We offer a kitchen with all the basic utensils for preparing meals. We don't offer anything for use on the beach.
