Mountain View escape

Come enjoy the sunrise views over Mt. Monadnock (2nd most climbed mtn in the world) from the back decks or hot tub. Relax in the sauna. Spend the day hiking some of the hundreds of miles of trails nearby or in picturesque downtown Keene shopping. There's over 20 ski mountains within 30-90 minutes away including Wachusett, Stratton, Mt. Snow, Okemo and Killington. Keene has plenty of dining options and nightlife along with a casino/ sports bar. Keene State college is 11 minutes away The space The house is set 300' off the quiet country rd. on 15 acres. There's a large living room with a pool table, dart board, large couch, 75"tv and plenty of games. The kitchen is connected to the cathedral dining room that overlooks the front yard and has all the appliances you'll need to prepare a meal for 2 or a whole family. There are 4 comfortable bedrooms all with mountain views. 3 Full bathrooms. There's a desk with printer in one of the 1st floor bedrooms. On the back deck there's a table that seats 6, an outdoor couch, firepit and 6 burner grill Guest access You'll have access to the entire main house aside from the basement. Sauna is available to be used. Pool area is under construction and will be available for use by July 2024 Pool house/ Bar construction will be completed late fall 2024 and will be available as either a separate 3 bed/ 2 bath rental or combined with the main house for the complete estate rental which will sleep 20 combined.
