Master Suite has a private entrance as well as entry from within the home. With Private bathroom with walk-in shower. This 1/2 acre is grassy with trees, and is fenced behind but not in front. There is a basketball pad with new tall hoop. Balls are in patio bins along with volley ball equipment and pickle ball. There is a firepit with 6 cushioned lounge chairs, as well as a Weber grill with utensil and charcoal. Guest access The entire home and 1/2 acre is for your enjoyment. Other things to note Full-size Refrigerator/freezer has condiments and ground coffee. In the cabinet you will find Keurig cups, sugar, cream, seasonings, and some food items. Plenty of Dishes, utensils and baking dishes. There is a Dishwasher. Laundry Room is conveniently in the carport with everything you will need.
