Cucunci Comfort and tranquility at the Cathedral

Immersed in the heart of Palermo's historic center, in one of the safest and most elegant areas of the ancient Cassaro, Cucunci is just 200 meters from the Cathedral and a short walk from all the most famous monuments. Despite the privileged location, the accommodation is located within a private courtyard and therefore sheltered from the noise of Palermo's nightlife. The apartment is equipped with all amenities to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We look forward to seeing you discover our beautiful city! The space Cucunci is a small loft that extends over two levels. On the ground floor, you will find a living room with a comfortable full-size sofa bed, TV corner and built-in kitchenette. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for cooking: oil, salt, coffee, pots, pans, etc. Upstairs you will find the bedroom, with a double bed, and the bathroom (no bidet). The apartment has air conditioning/ heating and wifi. You will be provided with sheets, towels, shower shampoo, hand soap, and hairdryer. The decor is a rustic-modern mix that goes well with the structure of the house, which has a ceiling with exposed beams. Staying at CUCUNCI, you will not have any problems or stress with getting around because all the places of interest are at most half an hour away on foot and all means of transport are a very short distance from the house! Guests are reminded that although it is a non-smoking accommodation, in front of the house you will find a comfortable bench on which you can smoke in peace! Guest access The accommodation is entirely at your disposal and there are no common spaces with other guests or people. We will be happy to welcome you in person...if due to late arrivals, this is not possible, we are available to arrange a self check-in and in the following 12 hours we will carry out the verification of your identity documents in person! Other things to note Please note that due to the internal staircase (see photo), the accommodation is not recommended for small children and people with mobility problems.
