Spacious, bright studio with nature view

The 60 sqm studio is built as a "house in the house" on the upper floor of our barn. The apartment has a loggia with wide panoramic windows through which you can admire the sunsets over the horse paddock. The room is designed as an apartment for 2-6 people and a studio for other purposes. With oak parquet, clay walls, a sleeping platform and a fully equipped kitchen, it is lovingly and modernly furnished. The bathroom with shower is located on the first floor with separate access. The space There are two other parties living on the farm. Our small family with baby, the grandmother and another lodger. Enjoy the garden in summer and the cozy feeling of thick clay walls in winter. Use the apartment as a studio and workplace. Standard photo and film equipment can be rented on request. Please note: the studio is designed for up to 6 people, but has only 3 beds! From 3 guests, double beds must be shared. Guest access Access to the studio is through a small entrance area with stairs to the 1st floor. In the courtyard - next to the door to the studio - there is also the separate door to the bathroom on the ground floor. Other things to note There is a dining area and a fireplace for you in the garden. As well as a small kettle grill and an outdoor kitchen with a small gas stove for the summer.
